Registration Policy (english)

Art Escape is a non-profit organization offering workshops in diverse art forms.
Our workshop fees only cover about 50% of the cost and the balance is subsidized by grants and donations. You may register in person, by phone, or online. Please note that we cannot reserve your place in a class without having received full payment.

Please register early.
Registration closes three days before the class start date. Registration in our classes is dependent on having a minimum number of people to cover the costs of the workshop. If we have not reached the minimum enrollment, the class will be canceled. If the class is canceled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Registration Cancelation Policy:
We will issue a credit if you cancel seven or more business days before your workshop. The credit must be used within 6 months from the date of cancellation. If you cancel less than seven days before your workshop, no credit can be issued and you forfeit the workshop fee. At its sole discretion, Art Escape may offer a credit to a student who is unable to take a workshop due to serious illness. For workshops that have multiple sessions, unfortunately, we cannot offer make-ups for missed sessions.

Class & Workshop Policy:
Participants are expected to dress appropriately and safely for classes (aprons available upon request), arrive on time and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Participants under the age of 18 must have a signed Emergency Contact Form in order to remain in the class without their parent/guardian. For Glass classes and those requiring the use of power tools (limited to teens and adults), participants must dress in natural cotton clothing (no synthetic fibers as they may melt), closed-toe shoes and long hair tied back for safety.

Free Classes and Scholarships:
Through the generosity of our supporters, Art Escape is able to provide some free classes and scholarships for students. However, attendance at classes offered on a free or scholarship basis should not be taken for granted. Please understand that if a student registers for such a class and then fails to attend, a “no show” will be maintained on that student’s record and priority registration for future classes may be restricted. Scholarship applications are taken on a first‐come‐first‐serve basis.

Please call us for more details.
