By hosting your gathering with us, you’re directly supporting our mission – proceeds from events like this help fund free and low-cost arts programming for local kids, teens, and families. Our pricing includes not only instructor time, but also overhead costs such as space use, materials, staffing, and behind-the-scenes coordination that make your event run smoothly.
Once you fill out the request form, we will contact you to confirm your details, provide additional information about your event, including available dates and pricing, and answer any other questions you may have.
To secure your date, you must make a small deposit of your quoted estimate. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
The total payment is due 7 days before the proposed date.
Cancellation:
-Cancellation fees apply for any event.
-Cancellations within five (5) business days will forfeit the deposit.
